Jsut remember that if you are coming from the north, the bridge from bernardo to pomerado is out, so you have to go past one exit, get off, get back on 15 north and get off at pomerado...

Great ride today:
HVR - Clean,
OJH - dirty getting on from Ramona plus one sandy 90' corner under the trees.
Mesa grande - cow$hit before and after the 15 mph 90' that everybody has seen or knows somebody that went off at.
East Grade - Filthy about mid-way up and there was Pinecone the size of a football in the middle of the road clean towards the top after the first meadow.
South grade - gravel about mid way also otherwise it was very clean.
