Toning down the riding some and will not be going to the track for a while, so I decided a couple months ago to sell my 749R. Although I love this bike, I thought to sell it instead of my 999 since my wife still likes to ride with me on the back. Bike only has just over 2000 miles on it, and is still under full warranty until May 2007. Bike is running perfect now and just came back from 2 trackdays (Fontana and Streets) with no problems.

What it comes with:
CF rear hugger
CF heel guards
CF half clutch cover
CF pipe guard
Fender eliminator
AFAM sprockets 15/39
DID ERV3 520 Chain
Suspension setup for 170 lbs rider

I'll also throw in Red Baxley sport chock and a new Rear Metzeler Racetec K2.

Bike has been down before, but damage slight. All functional parts damaged were replaced. Only visible damage is to tank and kickstand. Underneath fairing, waterpump scraped but damage only aesthetic.

Now this bike retailed for $22K and current KBB just under $17K. I'm selling it for $1500 less than KBB's suggested price. Remember, this is an R so all the parts are race spec.

Highlights:
Slipper clutch
Ohlins front and rear shocks
Ohlins steering damper
Marchesini Forged Aluminum Wheels

Good luck with the house purchase, Allan. Glad you got your priorities straight. Then again, I never thought otherwise.

Tell your cuz this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, Ron. They're not making any 749's next year, and an R is a limited production bike as it is. This one's #190.

Thanks, Mike. Glad you're happy with your bike.

Wanna sell me the Baxley?

Hey Jeff, I may sell it separately if I don't get what I'm asking for my bike. I thought I'd throw it in to sweeten the deal, but I'll let you know.

Bryant, these bikes come with a theft deterrent system with a computer coded key. It may not help the bike from getting taken from your work parking lot, but it'll slow them down from getting it started.

Plus, dry clutch, trellis frame, Brembo brakes with radial calipers & steel braided brake lines...what are you waiting for? :)

I would say yes to both, but I'm not a big fan of sentences that end in exclamation points...I get that all too often from my boss at work.
