Bike parking ticket?

If you were to park illegally on campus, how would parking enforcement cite you? How would they stick the ticket on the bike?

I received a ticket one time and they just slipped it on the passenger seat strap. Im pretty sure theyll find a spot on the bike.

They put one between the tank bra and tank itself on mine.

I don't have a tank bra or a seat strap. I really don't know how they would put it on my bike without scotch tape.

Probably just place it in-between your clip-ons and dash. Don't think that just because they can't find a place to put a ticket on your bikes = they won't. I wouldn't be surprised if they would ticket a car dropping off a pregnant woman off at the hospital in a red zone before they would let you go.

No, i never doubt they wont ticket when they get the chance. I was just wondering where I should look if I ever get one.

I usually put little things like my parking permit between the windscreen and the tachometer guage, and it doesn't fall out even when I'm riding. If I were to put a ticket on a ninja 250, I think it would be there. Or you can slip a paper under the seat right where it meets the tank, and it won't fall off....I know this from flyering bikes.

look in the back of YOUR back seat with the ticket sticking out half way...that's were i got mine when i parked illegaly near the stairs of a parking structure...they said my bike was a fire hazard...:oops::squirrel:

I've seen bikes with tickets placed there. Under the windscreen is another place I have seen them. Luckily, I have not recieved a parking ticket yet. (knock on wood)

i just got a ticket today, for parking at that court in the marshall uppers apts. everyday theres like 4-5 bikes parked there but apparently on the parking zone someone painted a sloppy "NO" on top the sign "MOTORCYCLES". there was even a metal sign that says "MOTORCYCLE PERMIT REQUIRED" right in front of that parking zone.
