Since I don't have the manual with me and my computer won't let me download it off of here, what kind of oil would y'all recommend for my 99 R6? I'm taking suggestions on plugs as well.

The only problem with that is right now the links for what I need aren't up yet. And I need the stuff today possibly. And I don't know what to get.

Golden Spectro....about $20 per gallon....more than enough for the R6. FBC and Lee's has it.

maybe your bike, liter-boy....

you need about 3.6 quarts...you'll have a little bit of the gallon bottle left...maybe about 1.5" left at the bottom.

wait wait wait...

R6 oil capacity:
2.5L without filter
2.8L with filter change

2.8 liter = 0.7396817 gallon

so really you need about 3/4 of it...if you're changing the filter

not really, majority of the time, it's nizzles on 600's trying to pass me on the inside at Palomar!
