View Full Version : How Do You Stand Out from Others?

Besides motorcycles riding or anything related to motorcycles, what special skill and/or talent do you have that makes you stand out from others? It doesn't have to be something only you can do...just something not a lot of others can do.

I'll offer some of mine as examples:
I can touch my nose with my tongue...easily.
My flatulence is at a level that is difficult for others to attain.

On a serious note:
I can fix almost anything Windows-related.
I can talk my way to getting most of what I want. It's a gift.

I play goalie in soccer, have been since I was a kid and keep playing today. No one ever wants to play goalie in soccer you have to have a little bit of nuttyness to want to play goalie. One thing that makes me laugh is when you ask most soccer players what postion they play most say anything but goalie, then there is me I say goalie and nothing else. And Rich I think my girl will argue with you on the level of your flatulence with my level of flatulence. Funny thing is she gets mad after I stink the bathroom up like i can help it and I swear I spray a lot

School related stuff: I am pretty good at chemistry (besides o-chem and upper division i-chem), and I've got some skilz in environmental remediation, water treatment, land management, etc. If anyone needs some help in chem or enviro stuff, hit me up.

Non-school, well, I'm pretty good at being able to not sleep for several days in a row if I need to. I'm not sure if that's a skill though, that's kinda messed up.

Remember all that math you learned and thought you would never use once you graduated college (or are learning in college)? Yeah I get to use most of it every day! I may be a geek but I'm NOT an engineer!

That would make a good T-shirt. By the way, I'm an engineer, but I don't have enough self-respect to be offended by that. :nerd:
