Anyone ever get any lip from the police for it?
I was considering doing this, as the sportbike mirrors are about aas functional as the end slices of bread loaves. :)

Where exactly were you guys??? I went 805S to Telegraph Canyon Road. Made a couple runs on Otay Lakes Road to the 94 and back. I never saw you guys anywhere. Is that where you ride when you say you're going to telegraph??? I got there about 11:00-11:15.
I went here.....

I had great fun removing my commuter chicken strips on this corner. I kept turning around and hitting it again. Great corner! Did it probably 15-20 times and these security guards came over in their golf-karts. I just waved and took off.

***edit*** That not the right corner in the pic above. The good corner is a little south of there. The one highlighted in the map is sandy construction zone one way stop sign crap ass corner.

I have mirrors, and I think Ross did. The others, we all know about them  :shifty: .
Philo, we probably just missed you. We headed out there right around 11:15.

don't want to bring you down, but I wouldn't rail too hard on Olympic Training Center. You may have notice the wooden shishkabobs sticking out on the side of the road. My buddy has brain damage and has to use a walking stick to get around these days because of them.

When I saw those I got that uneasy feeling in my stomach. It's bad enough to have big wooden posts in the ground, but they had to sharpen the top to make it even more scary.
Sorry 'bout your friend. I wish that didn't have to be a part of what we do for fun. It's a good reminder to what's really important when you're out there tearing it up, though. Save that last 15-20% for the track.

Yep, OTC is the first place I really got my knee down, and I was very uneasy about it. I totally am rethinking how I ride on the street after watching one of my good riding buddies go into a guardrail.
