HI Girls,
I am new to this site and wanted to just say hello! I have an 07 GSX-R 600 and love it!! Getting ready for my second track day in a few weeks and love riding the twisties that surround our fair city! Would love to meet some fellow female riders (in this male dominated sport) sometime! let me know if there is ever a get together.

I am heading up to Button Willow end of Jan. Got a great deal with Trackdaz.com when I saw them up at the LB Bike show - 5 track days in 07 for $399! Looking forward to some good track time this year. Have you ever done any track days?

In terms of track days, I've only done the Femmoto event this last October, but will be hitting up Pahrump out by Vegas on Jan. 20.
We should definitely do another Hypercycles Girls' Night once all the holiday stuff is over and people are back in town...

Yeah, I saw Denton up there. We didn't get up to Palomar until around 12 or later. We did a couple runs then rode out to Motazuma's and Borrego Springs - it was a great day for a ride! My boyfriend and I met Denton for the first time as we have not been on this forum very long.
I'll be looking for the next ride.

Yeah, I was doing laps on the bottom half around that time and left at about 1. I'll most likely be going again on Sunday.

I was waiting for one of you ladies to call me on that comment. I don't look like a girl so that was the only comeback I could come up with. It was nice meeting you gixxerkt, nice bike you have there. I think I have the slowest bike on that mountain usually. Keith and I were taking runs all the way to the top instead of pulling out at the overlook parking.
I wish I could have afforded the Trackdayz special but that time of the year is tight with X-mas right around the corner. That is one hell of a deal though and the Trackdayz guys are really cool and put on a great track day. I just got a new camcorder hooked up for making some cool video clips while riding the twisties. As soon as I get smart enough to run the equipement I will be throwing up some runs of fellow SD riders in the local mountains. Only catch is you have to ride a little slower on the straights so I can keep up with my little 650 twin, damn fast inline 4 and litre guys and gals.

I'm just messing with you, I've yet to meet a guy off this board that doesn't respect the lady riders on here :)
I wish I'd gotten in on that trackdaz deal too, but have other financial commitments - Be sure I'll be saving up for it next year tho!

:ha: You have to ride slower for me so I can keep up on my 250. =p No excuses for you now.
I heard that the SV Rider girls are doing a Girls Take Over the Track track day on Jan 20 at button. Good day to go to the track if you want to ride with other girls. Too bad I already booked Pahrump.

Hey cool. Glad to hear there is going to be a girls day at Button that weekend. Even though I don't have an SV, it would be nice to meet some girls from SD who ride. Do you know how many are going? Do they typically get a good turnout?
