I went to Buy Moto to get some new tires for my 600rr. Let me tell you the customer service there was top of the line. I have not been there in over a year and it has not changed one bit. Very nice people and very helpful. My wife and daughter were with me and I was holding my daughter and the guy did not even think of giving the tires to my wife just picked them up and carried them out to my wifes car for us. Anyways just thought I would give major kudos to the staff at Buy Moto. My question is for those that have ran the Pilot Power 2CT 180/55 and 120/70 tires. What do you get for mileage and how are the handling for track, twisties, and street? and What is your opinion on them?

I'm almost compelled to say that this should be the 'I'm not using Firefox 2.0 with spell check as you type' post; baught - bought, compeled - compelled. :)
Yeah it takes software to make me semi-understandable.

I just got 9,000 miles on my Pilot Powers, and have maybe a few hundred miles left in them. The center is the same compound, so depending on the tire pressure you run, you could get the same out of them. Of course the type bike your on, and how you ride makes a difference, but I always stress on how much tire pressure effects the longevity of tires. You'd be surprised how many people don't even know how much their tires are supposed to take, and how often people DON'T check their tire pressure.

Buymoto certainly has some of the best service around. Matt and the other guys helped me out with some sprocket ordering issues this week, and spent a lot of time helping me.
Anyway, I'm curious to hear some reviews of the 2CT's also. I've been a loyal Dunlop Qualifier user, but I always willing to try out something new if its really as good as the 2CT's are supposed to be.

Ok the results are in about my decision on whether or not I like the Pilot Power 2CT's. It took a couple of days cause I could not really get on them very much til break in but now we are there and I LOVE THEM. I will be sticking with these tires from now on regardless of mileage.

I got 6k miles on my Pilot Powers. It's time to get a new set. I going to try the 2CTs next. I have a kinda heavy 1000cc bike and ran 34/36 in them.

Minnesotan, that's close enough, eh?
Still loving my new Contis, you can't beat the price (Buymoto may match it):http://www.tireexpress.com/moreinfo.cfm?Product_ID=12392
