Start school again on Monday, so it's a last hurrah.
Tried to put some heat units into the new treads, but every time I got to some twisties it went dark on me (gets dark up there faster than it does here). Oh well, I'll make a run out to Banner once I get some time, new clutch, and the desire to go somewhere on a bike again.

You see es dee and your goofy-ass quarter systems...sheesh.
Call me when they are over...I might have my lil' guy back for a while, so I can get it jetted right, do some paint/body work and roll that while my Duc is getting repaired.

i prefer the 600's :P

600s are overrated. You only like 600s until you've graduated to either something that can actually handle (smaller bike) or something with real torque (litre V-twin).
They make horrid beginner bikes too...

sooo your saying I have the ULTIMATE bike?!
thanks hehehe
I would loooove a 999, but maybe when i hit the lottory and after my business takes off.

Well...not the EX, I was thinking closer to a motard, but...you can think what you want, eh?
999 would be fun for about 30 miles, then the seating position would kill me, unless you found a way to magically transport yourself to tight twisty roads and don't need to ride slab anywhere ever again. Forget about commuting...
I guess you short Mexicans don't need to worry so much about high pegs/low bars...you actually fit on the bikes. German=uber tall=can't ride small bikes for more than 40 mins w/o wanting to just fall over and break neck or something...
