Hey,

whoever is parking their silver SV by the muir upper lots, chained to the handicap pole, it's been there for over a week. Well you might want to move it, walked by it this morning and there were 3-4 tickets wedged between the seat and the tank, GL :errf:

yea i was wondering what happened to the owner. its not just 3-4 anymore, its piling up a lot more than that. any chance that it might get cut or something from its chain by the pd and towed or something?

Technically it's illegally parked. It's on the tanbark up the curb away from the designated motorcycle parking. Poor bike.

ill tell ya something, it was really smart for him to remove the license plate before parking it there. however, arent citation officers able to cite him/her on the VIN number of the bike? with the VIN number, wont the tickets go straight to the registered owner of the bike then?
