Crash and myself are meeting at Via Rancho Parkway shell station at 8:15. Heading straight to the tight side. Last minute and no time to wait around, but thought I'd post in case anyone is ready to roll!

Yep, nice seein' you guys up there. We had to bone out early also, too much pain in the creeky knees! Damn, the four of us nearly had the entire mountain all to ourselves in the morning!

It was a nice surprise having the roads clear on a Saturday morning. Wish I didn't have to go to work so early. Next time gotta get more runs in....

Too bad about your knees dood. It seemed like they were bothering you a lot! How long have you had this pain?

We were thinking about going this morning, since I decided not to go into work, but not feeling it with the tires the way they are on the 600.

I really notice when we did the Telegraph-Sunrise-Palomar run. They are always stiff in the morning, but when I start riding aggresive and bend my leg fully, it starts hurting like crazy. It is the main reason I didn't ride today. I'm hoping to get this resolved somehow.

I know an excellent chiropractor who I went to see about a month ago. He was telling me that he does a lot of work for motocross riders. I can PM you the information if all else fails? He is very knowledgeable on the human body including bones, etc.. He also gives reasonable prices if you don't go through insurance.

Just a suggestion, so let me know if you want his information.
