I like practicing my turns at Olympic Training Center's S-Curve in East Chula Vista:thumbsup: What do you guys think of my body positioning?

I used to practice a lot there too when i started riding. it helps out a lot. Your body positioning looks just fine if you're comfortable with that. You could move your upper torso out a tad more so that your spine is parallel with the bike. And if you want, dip your head down a lil lower.

I like to make a quick run through there since it down the street. you can go back and forth will little or no traffic.
Hey that's not too far from my work. I need to start going there :ninja:
Those wood posts along the outside of the turn are unforgiving,
trust me, Seen more than one person destroy thier spinal column on that short stretch of road.
Riding the street is always dangerous obviously, but that is definitely not the place to work on technique.
Other than that, form looks good, maybe turning your head to look through the corner farther may help.

body positioning is fine
bike positioning is all wrong
it's on the street and not on the track
been way too many guys losing it out there lately....please be careful guys.

Looks good! I agree your head can be a bit lower. You got guts doing that on public roads...I agree with Mark too! Take it to the track and ride safe out there.
