Out of most of the ECR I've been on, this one was by far the largest group. Prior to leaving the gas station, I counted 27 bikes and some even joined in later @ Santa Ysabel.

I wasn't too good with names but I hope most of you guys had fun. :thumbsup:

very good ride today! the weather was nice and we had a large turn out, i don't think the ride could have really gone any smoother than it did with that number of people. Everyone stayed relaxed and behaved themselves haha and no bunching up was going on...very good group.

Had a great time riding with you guys & gals again.. still don't remember 90% of the names to faces out there.. so maybe after about 9 more rides.. i will get y'all figured out.

but for the record, my name is george, I was the one trying the buell on for size.. seemed to fit kinda nice.. :)

I got a chance to push the beast to a few new limits... but I was able to do it with confidence knowing I was with a good group of people watching out for each other.

I will be keep'n my eye out for your next easy ride....

Having not ridden the bike since Nov, I couldn't call it a day and had to turn around to get my fix regardless if I was solo or not.

The conditions on both the East and South grades were really good given what Blake said and what happened to Ian a couple weeks ago; no dirt on the ground and the burnt down trees made it so much more better to see through the turn.

Towards the top near the water well, this was a small trail of water crossing the road but it's in a straight area so it wouldn't catch anybody off guard.

Other than that, I'm really glad I turned around... no cops, no debri, only 8 people @ mothers (majority older dudes on Ducatis and Aprilias), no crashed bikes on the side, not too hot, not too cold... EPIC! :thumbsup:
