Palomar 4/9 anyone?

Unless Liz finds a job by friday we both are going to have the day off so we were thinking about heading up to pally (thanks Jon for getting us hooked) and weather permitting ride the day away - we plan on leaving the mira mesa area at 10am and ride until the tires fall off - if anyone is down post up or give us a call at 858-586-9018 (home, lv a message if we arent there :D )

ps a heads up i ride pretty slow & she hates leaving me 2 miles behind so she rides slow too

Had a nice ride today, met 6 people at Starbucks and 2 at Mom's. Great weather and clear roads. Just had one unlucky person get pulled over right before we got off the freeway.

It was right before the Mira Mesa exit, it was the guy on the red R1. Dont know why he chose to pull him over though, only thing I can think of is that he was the farthest over to the right and the easiest to get.

ya i had a great time and it was fun meeting some new faces... dont think ill be doing high land valley or banner anytime soon... i guess im over the for-play and would rather just go straight to pally next time... anyone going again tomarrow? my mexico trip fell threw.

Nice ride all everyone it was great to meet some new faces. As for being pulled over it was just because of my lack of plates since apparently the officer didnt see me powerslide under that semi-truck and jump that VW bug. :whistle: Actualy the cop was cool but apparently someone called in a description matching my bike of someone stunting - a red bike was the description given- fancy that being that red is such a rare color for a sportbike!:rolleyes: Anyways hopefully we can do it again sometime. Dbane, Steven - Im meeting with some people at the Mobil station of 76 and the 15 tommorrow at 10 if you want to come along.

Yea I heard that too - I think it was a cop who saw Mcshiggits doing that 90mph wheelie while splitting lanes! :shifty:

We would but have some cleaning to do today that we've been putting off for a while. I agree though, next time it's straight up there and straight back, that Highland Valley road is scary. =)
