Do you have to do that still on an EFI bike?

i think you have to measure the air at each one and adjust them all to be nsync with #3,but i'm not sure how, and i don't have all the tools for it.

Sounds like you just need a vacuum gauge. If you ever get this done, I'd be interested in watching/helping.

No, why? I think it's about 250 miles to the Mexican border! Arrrrrrrrrrriba! Yee haw!

I was reading over the service manual, and it does not sound like this is a big deal. Just need to connect the vacuum hose, reconnect the air and fuel lines if you disconnected them, and then use a long screwdriver to tweak them. Last time I left my bike at a shop for my "loss of power" problem, they said, "well, we checked the sparked an sync'd the throttle bodies..." so I figure it can't be *that* hard. :p

i was wondering how far you are, because you said you might be interested in watching/helping. i think i just might buy the gauge and try it myself sometime within the next 2 weeks or so.if anyone can help or would like to try it on their bikes too,let me know.

Travelling distances are not a problem to me. I wouldn't mind trying it on my bike, first.

it's less thank 2 hours with no traffic. I drive from La Jolla to Malibu (about 20-30 minutes north of venice) a lot, and i can make it in 2 hours and change.
