Can't make it on Thursday mang :rolleyes:. Gotsta go to class because after all that my punk a$$ professor didn't show up today :mad:. I got my bike dialed in and running tight though. I should be headin' out tomorrow morning pretty early. Post up if your'e still gonna ride Jay, and anybody else who is up for it...

i had a relatively slow shutter speed like 1/250 i think and tracked you a little. plus i used a wide apeture so only you would be in focus and everything in front of you and behind you would be out of focus.....Does that sound about right, right DENO? I am only asking you because of your very astute comments about one of the other guys pics, i gather you had some formal training.

GP, I got the Diablo super corsas in the SC2 compound. i think that is like the middle compound for the set. they have one qualifying session on them and i picked um up for $115. they really aren't torn up at all. I haven't ridden them yet. i will be taking them up to the mountain on Thursday though. I'll let you know what i think!

sounds right if you want only the subject in focus, you can use a high shutter speed if you want. just make sure the apeture is a low number.....that give you the depth of field you are looking for, a high apeture like 16 or 22 will give you everything in focus:cool:

this pic is shot at 1/500th @ like f-4 and it has good depth, but it was with a telephot too so that helps. i also use film......im old fashoined i guess:cool:

word. Pulse is also very shutter savvy.

the way I remember how it works is by thinking about how I see with my own eyes. Like if I squint (small aperature opening) things come into focus.

Nice pics btw. Getting low to the ground ads a different element to the shots.
