What is the proper amount of drag your brake pads should have on a free spinning wheel? My front wheel seems to be dragging a lot, and it's really loud when I can hear it when I'm coasting with the motor off. The front wheel will spin one revolution with a hand spinn, when on stands that is.

btw, I don't know for sure but I believe I have stock brake pads.

I can get about 3 spins. I know there is a certain way to tighten the screws to get less drag on the axle, anyone know it?

not bad, try cleaning your calipers, but thats really not that bad, nothing to worry about

And you can take a brillo pad or something to your rotors to clean the dust off of them, too.

You might want to do a complete brake service to your bike. Drain and flush the fluid, take the calipers apart and clean them. Check for pits or groves on the pistons. After everything is cleaned re assemble the calipers and bleed the braking system.

I did this when I changed my pads out. It actually helped alot, just remember to put your wheel on the right way ;).
