Nobody reached over. When he made contact with the other racer his brake lever got pushed in and......flipski.

he caught his front brake lever on the back of someones bike as he was passing him. I saw that about 2 years ago on speed.

Yeah that was Steve Rapp's Competition Werks Ducati bike which his front brake lever hit another person's bike and flipped his a*s right over.
