Ditto - I finally got my receipt for the rear tire from CalSportbike (thanks a lot Vortex for lagging on my rearsets! :grr: ) and mailed it off with the certificate this morning.

I've heard that the turn around from Pirelli has been ~ 3 weeks.

OK just so I don't pull a total moron move on this.... it says that the shipping charge will be billed to your credit card yet there is no place on the rebate cupon to write your credit card number... what did you fellas do?

Anybody got some feedback on these tires? Are they any better than M1's or pretty much comparable to each other. I hate to pass up on such a good deal. Tre...GP...anyone...break a homey off on the 411 about these tires.

Other than the obvious tread pattern, they're identical as far as I know (compound, carcass, etc...). :confused:

I ran M1's on Paly and found that they slid around some. The slide was gradual, not scary. I'm running the Diablos now and they stick better than the M1's. They haven't slid on me yet.

FYI: Rumor is that the promo is going to be ending soon because the fronts they had set aside has already sold out. They have decided to delay closing the promo for a little longer to try to keep people happy by just making more tires. Also, supposedly you have to register on the site because they supposedly check the coupon w/ their reg list. The word is that as long as you are reged on pirelli's site and your reciept is dated in the window your good to go. This is all word of mouth and not really verified by pirelli USA...but what i have heard when I orded my tire.
