Hi everyone! Gotta a newbie here. Wanted to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Chinh and I've been a rider for a little over a year. I go to UCSD, thats where I heard about Hypercycles. I met a couple of people at the UCSD event on April 7th although I already forgot the names. If you remember me please shoot me a message. I just wanna say I'm glad to meet so many people who seem to love riding as much as I do, although I'm not that good at it yet! I will try to make it out to another bike night at Starbucks on Thursday so I can meet more of you guys in person. Hope to hear from you soon.

Hi again everyone! Thanks for all the replies, you're making me feel right at home. But damn you guys wake up early! Anyway, melonhead I noticed that your primary bike is a "broken ass 2001 R6". I was a little misleading when I put down mine as a 1999 R6. It's really somewhat of a project bike, I haven't actually ridden it yet. Hopefully, I'll be able to do so soon. I've attached a picture, but please don't laugh, I've made some progress since :D !

Hey Chinh, are you piecing your bike together from scratch or are you just um... something else? Do you have all the necessary parts?
All it seems like is u need a front tire, gas tank, forks, seat, and headlights to roll.... ok, that's kind of a lot

Yeah everything you said and also headers and a stay bracket. I got most of it, just need to put it together.

I don't know, where and when would this have been? I remember talking to a couple of guys from Hypercycles so I'm not sure which one you were.
