I was thinking about going with a different master cylinder setup for my RC. I have seen other guys go with the Brembo unit and loved it, although it does require some work, i.e. adding a pressure switch for the brake lights and a custom bracketry. Have any of you guys done it and was it worth it? I was thinking about this unit...

I thought you were going to redo your front forks first?

are you going to feel a significant difference if you haved changed the pads and discs?

I have alot of things planned this year, just saving up the pennies.

Alot of guys who have changed to the Brembo unit and HRC pads can't believe the difference in braking power.

Are you going with a Brembo brake upgrade? I thought the a new master cylinder and brake lever came as part of the package?

That is way to steep for me. The stock Nissins on my bike are supposed to be very good, along with the stock rotors. What some of the guys who race RCs do is go with the Brembo Master Cylinder and go with the -2 lines.

This is supposed to be a nice unit also.

That brake lever looks like it's going to be hard to grab, unless you got fingers as long as Arsenio Hall. :errf:

Allan, what do you mean by -2 lines?

Actually it is adjustable. And it looks like it is laying splayed out for pic purposes. -2 lines mean thinner lines therefore providing more pressure for braking.
