can we have it so that if you click on a smilie it doesnt default to the bottom of your post and rather the place where your cursor is.

Don't know how. From my experience on other forums it has always done that. Gotta live with it I guess. Maybe when the 3.0 version comes out they'll have some enhanced javascripts...

I found that when it does default to the bottom of the post, just cut and paste it where ever you want it.

As for the Javascript. The problem isn't finding the script. The problem is finding where in the vBulletin templates to insert it.
