Ga has a truck-got room for one more bike. <--F.O.R.D-Found On Road Dead! :-p

Lee has a truck and is taking up his bike, Ed's, Ernest's and Marvin's bike. <--F.O.R.D-Fixed Or Repaired Daily :-p

philo- i havent heard from my buddy, but im down to rent a trailer from uhaul( a 6'x12' trailer open/van cost $29.95 ) the kicker is that they have to check out your suv before approving it.

i do have someone else that is willing to let us borrow the trailer but it only holds two bikes. unfortunately, powerban nor myself have a towpackage to pull. Olga seems to have space for one bike----

Olga could we take that last spot??

Looking at the bed of her truck, you can fit two bikes back there, but you might have to put something between them just in case they rub!

Aaron, her truck is a Ford Ranger.

Jeff, the room at Park Plaza is $70/night. Its a really nice hotel too! If you get 4-5 people, thats $12-14/person. Just make sure you're telling them your "racing" at Willow or else it's like $120. :eek: Here's the number for the hotel: PARK PLAZA 661-948-0961

Also, I think everyone should bring their own water and bring at least a gallon or two. We also need more canopies if we 20+ hypercyclers want to chill together during off sessions. I would also bring towels and small little plastic ziploc bags. Just poke a few holes in the bags, put some ice in them, put them in any pouches or zippers you have in your leather suit and it will help keep you cool while riding. I've done that at Paly before. Works great, just make sure it's not huge ice cubes or chunks or it will be uncomfortable.

I've got a canopy and would be happy to haul it up. Just hope it's not windy. It took some abuse the last time I used it and still needs some TLC but should have her good as new (functional at least) by the 31st. I'll try to track down some extra chairs as well. Look forward to seeing you all there. It'll be great to put some faces with names.

Well what's cool about the Park Plaza is that

1)you can accomodate 6-7 people VERY EASILY-Very roomy
2)you can parallel park you car along the window just in case
3)if you have floor rooms like what us, Aaron-Lost, Pete and Mike Pham, Josh(1 of 3) all had you can roll up unload your car, park it there and GO STREAKIN! :woot:

i saw the trailer, its a 12' x 6'. no loading ramp, it has plenty of places to put tie downs, there are 4 support bars as well as 4 hooks on each side. we should be able to fit all four. do you guys have gas containers?? i have a ice chest we can use, its a med size.
