race legal is tonight at qualcomm. its a 1/8th mile drag strip open to anyone. $20 to race $5 to spectate. i went earlier this month with Jeff and it was tight. there was a big bike turnout about 20 riders.... starts at 6 pm till midnight. im heading out with a few heads, its a good fix for speed demons-- safe too!
some requirements are chain guard and good tires, not bald. highly suggest full gear. i personally dont have pants or boots, but everythign else.

Im rollin out to qualcomm. I have a craving to spank john all night like i did last month. I won 7 of 8 races! woohoo!
Marvin you should roll out and see what your RR can do. It was my first time last month as well a johns and we had a blast. So much adrenaline. Just like back in the day when i used to race my GSR there.

I've been twice. It's more about launching then anything else.

I hit 7.8 tonight. I know the bike should be able to hit 7.6 with the correct launch. I always keep dumping the clutch instead of slippin it. But the front end comes up regardless. -=o(

mine was a measly 8.1 - somehow i cant take the yammy maybe i do need a pc3R. i could lose 20 lbs or so -
maybe some juice will help. gotta find a way to beat jeff.... if i can get him to start in nuetral, thatll give me enough time to get down the track.....
ill get revenge at SOW!!!!!!

i wasnt wheelie-in on purpose. the front end just comes up when ful throttling even with half my body over the tank. its prolly the sprocket conversion. John your time of 8.1 is your best overall. your getting better. try slipping the clutch a lot more. Next race is july 9, 23, and 30.

are you warming up the tire before each run?

i dont do burnouts since most people say its useless when on street tires. plus with metzeler m1 tires only having a 4k lifespan, i cant waste anymore tire than i have to -=o)
