View Full Version : where to break in tires?

if you are already at the track and you have a brand new set of tires? is there a place you can break them in other than the main track? or should you just scrub them and take it easy the first few laps? thanks guys!

Scrub them in at the track! You'll be riding all day so the first couple session can be used to scrub in the tires and getting to know the track!

Pete.. I think he was saying a couple of sessions becuase he was on a NON-DUNLOP tire ;)

yeah..i'll be rockin metzeler m1's. still riding street class and hope to be bumped up by 4 session maybe.
