To answer your question though, I haven't a clue. However, I went with factory pro on my R6 just cuz Lee's prefers factory pro over dynojet.

You wont notice a difference between the 2. I never did on my old 750 and that thing got jetted a few times a year on the dyno and there was no hp gain or loss when the jets were right

would help if we knew what bike, but I am a huge fan of Ivan's performance jet-kit for the R6, by far the best developed kit made for the bike. Also much better midrange than either of the kits you are looking at.
