Anybody out there with experience with the Astar SMX-3 and/or SMX-Plus boots?

Anybody out there with experience with the Sidi B One and Vertebra boot?

Anybody with both?

I'm looking for something for weekend canyon runs and the occasional track day. Anyone willing to offer a review?

I have the SMX pluss. People have had problems with the zipper but a* has awesome customer support and they either replaced teh zipper with a beefier one or replaced the boots. They feel like tennis shoes and are very comfy to ride in. Walking alot is another story.

I have the vertebra race and got'em as a gift...thanks nic

astars fit me a little bit better, maybe because I have a wider foot. I would go with the smx plus, thats all you really need
its an awesome boot for a good price, talk to bodmaster or jae

Go for the Sidi's!!! Very comfortable boot. I know a place that is selling the Sidi Vertebrae Boot for $280.00 retail is $329.00 Beat that!!!!! They are also a Sidi Authorized dealer. Hit me up if you are interested. I'll post the place if this gets more hits.

Is sizing between the two brands about the same? If I am a 44 Astar, is it the same Sidi?

I chose Sidi's because they are narrow. Just seemed like the AStars had too much free play side-to-side.
