Wassup all.

Just another SD newbie entering this forum wanting to introduce myself to everyone. My name is Richard (goes by Rich, Rick, ****, and Big ****) and I have an '04 Suzuki GSXR-600.

I've been to the East Lake bike night as well as the one in Mira Mesa on Thursday nights. It was cool hangin' out with those who attend and I look forward to more of those. Maybe it's the Mexican food I have after that I really look forward to. It's also nice to see the biker gals that go...especially those on gixxers too.
:D

Although I have a Yosh RS-3 can on the bike and a couple other little goodies, any suggestions on mods, etc., would be appreciated.

Thanks all. Glad to be a member. Just came back from riding...by myself (sigh). I usually go riding with hypersport, but he went to a party. Anyone who likes to cruise out every once in a while, let me know. As a relapsing addict, I'm almost always game.

Welcome Rick.

Nice looking GSXR.

Also, I must say nice looking Mazda (?) in the picture. Isn't that the one with that new gizmotronic motor thingy?

Does it work?

Again, welcome--and stay safe!

And by does it work I of course mean does it go really fast (realized after posting that "does it work" is a pretty general (read: stupid) question to ask about an apparently new car.

Not sure I want to trade bikes for the day, especially if all you ride is an accordian. However, I let my buddy ride my bike today while I rode his 01 Gixxer 750. We both appreciated each other's rides.

As far as my Mazda, it's an RX-8 and it has a rotary engine similar to those that were in the RX-7's of the 90's. However, it's been updated some where it is more efficient (smog-wise) than before where it burns a lot cleaner.

I chose it over the 350Z because of how smooth the car rides comparitively speaking. Not knocking the Nissan, but I thought the RX-8 was more driveable. Plus, it handles like it's on rails.

My choice in a bike is almost for the same reason as it is for my car: It doesn't have to be the fastest straight line, but it's got to be easy to ride and take the turns with the best of them.

What a cool forum. Nice guys (and gals) and mostly local. I hope to get to meet all of you. If you see me, feel free to say hi. I still have my FBC license plate on (to not get hassled by over zealous cop) so I shouldn't be too hard to spot. Again, thanks All.
