Anti Fog Spray

Anyone try the "Anti-Fog" Spray stuff [or anything of the like]. Did it really work / is it worth it?

I've used fog-x from rain-x on glass (like on a car) and it worked well. As for the motorcycle visors -- everyone I know swears by the Fog City (?) visor inserts. The only drawback is that they scratch easily. So if you frequently change visors, this may be a problem. http://www.randys-racemart.com/fogcity.html was the first US site I could find on them.
