Advice: Yosh Rs-3 Oval Zyclone

Hey all, I'm new to this whole exhaust thing. They have been catching my eye more and more recently. So I found this guy that is selling his Yosh Rs-3 Oval Zyclone brand new for $200.

Is it any good? How does it sound? Is that a good deal?

Get the race baffle not the zyclone. Zyclone is like a modified stock pipe, race baffle you can see straight through.

Go for it! You can never get to many points of view! For the price offered I think it is a good deal.

Someone must know more about the dynamics of this pipe... help a fellow hypercycler out. I do not know enough about the actual pipe to give much feedback to him.

$200 is a great deal but the Zyclone is the more quiet of the Yosh's. Get the Race if at all possible, unless you don't want it to be to loud. Good luck on your find.

hmm, i do like that loudness. I currently have a stock pipe that is all gutted and it sounds pretty nice. How much louder is the zyclone compared to stock?

loud pipes are just obnoxious (vtwins excluded). I'd go with the zyclone for that price.

Sportrider has a fat article on slip-ons if you got a copy.

But personally, I had an RS-3 on my R6 and it worked great. Didn't have the zyclone version however but mine had a distinct sound but wasn't annoyingly loud. However, I did lose low end and ended up having to rejet.
