Swingarm HELP!

I recently picked up a Chrome Swingarm for my 03 F4i and was wondering if anyone can help me through the removal and replacement of my current swingarm? Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am located in Mira Mesa.

Shouldn't be too difficult. The trick is to get the bike's weight off the rear wheel. Do this by putting jacks or blocks or whatever under the rearsets. Everything else should be fairly easy to take off.
