Hi! I went to my first bike night last night in East Lake. I saw some old friends and it was cool to meet new people. Next time I go I'll show up on the 250 :) I'm looking forward to going on some group rides and showing up to more bike nights! Just wanted to mention I'm a real newbie and I'm looking for some girls to ride with. Well, here's a pic of my bike...

Welcome! I am fairly new to riding and really new to this forum. Have not been on any rides with this group yet, but totally plan on it when I get some more week-end time.
From what I have seen, there are several gurlz on this forum, so I am sure you won't have a problem finding some to ride with.

Thanks for the welcome guys.. I've had the bike for a while now, but it's hard to find the time for it and i'm too intimidated to go on a group ride w/experienced dudes w/big bikes that might leave me in the dust.. Looking forward to meet some people to learn with and share embarrassing newbie experiences with ;)

Where do you guys get those small bikes?! I want a 250. How much do they run. All I can find are the Aprilia RS250 but there are pricey. (Not supprising)

The 250 was already imported a long time ago... you can find grey bikes all over if you search hard. There's one on cycletrader up north and every now and then they pop up on ebay. John (rossifumi) posted up links to an rvf on ebay... and the same seller has a gsx-r400 on too...

Thanks for the offers :) Most of you guys live far from me! I haven't even been on the freeway yet! But hit me up when you guys plan to be down here in south SD.
I totally agree, GIRLS ARE EVIL! I have my moments myself but I try to suppress it. I can't help it.. We're born to be that way.
I friggin swear some girls are friggin spawns of Satan though...

Welcome Honey :). Sweet bike
Hypercycle folks are just awesome. They make sure everybody are safe in the group ride and nobody is left in a position where you have to push it to keep up with the group besides there is a tail-marker who makes sure everybody are ok. I still remember my very first group ride, it was a lot of fun coz of some hypercycle peeps :D making sure I was alright. So you should definitely join the upcoming rides. Hope to see you sometime Gurl :)
Be safe
