Hats of to Sato Racing Inc. (http://www.satoracing.com); particulary Mikiko Osumi, VP. I sent my seized joints in on Thursday. They received them on Friday and sent out replacements that day. I was back out and riding on Saturday. :)

my bro had Satos on his RR. do they have a program where you can return damaged sets and get new ones with a break on price? those fuggers are pricey.

Mebbe if he's a racer and puts a nice lil' sticker on his bike (and possibly does well in races). Otherwise, he's probably SOL. Never hurts to ask, though. yeah, I've been to Dan's shop a few times. he said that i would have to contact Sato. he may give me a discount on a new set though. we'll see.
