I just did a track day yesterday and i noticed that i have heat spots on my front rotors. Am i braking too hard or too long??? Are they ok or will i have to get them resurfaced or replaced? Any iinput will help guys. Oh by the way. I have more spots on one rotor than the other. That mean anything?

kinda common if you use the brakes hard. no need to worry, it just means your riding hard! shouldn't effect performance what-so-ever but if you want, like Mike said a little scotch bright and they'll be looking like new.

eh, you don't always see em on bikes but in the karts I used to run and in car racing you see heat spots on every car out there. They normally look darkest right behind the holes in the rotors then kinda taper down behind that.
