What makes you think it will be 'way more' fun to ride? Is a R6 that much funner to ride than a GSXR-600? Will a R1 be 'way more' fun to ride than a GSXR-1000? Having significant seat time on my RC51 and on a GSXR-750, they are both 'way fun' to ride, but one is not 'way more' fun than the other. What do you qualify to be the specific reason for the CBR1000RR to be 'way less' fun to ride than the new ZX-10R, just curious? Is it the pretense that Honda builds bikes to be a little more comfortable, a litltle heavier, a little less extreme? The only bike that I have ridden that was way less fun than any other bike was D's 250, but that was because it had almost no acceleration and I was just too big for it.

yeah its heavy...I dont want it...I already have a POS TON OF BRICKS...dont want anohter....I would want an RC cause it too is heavy, but it offers something different...a twin. I guess the main reason I would roll on that thing is that Im dissapointed that Honda would make a heavy porky looking bike. I think that it might be an interesting bike to ride....
To answer all of your questions...
R6 more fun to ride than the Gixxer...liked the ergos more and the top end hit
R1 over the gixxer1000 again...gixxer was a little too much power
I like my Honda...Im a fan of Hondas...Im not going to limit myself to just hondas...there are too many bikes out there that offer a lot...I have no loyalty except to the bike Im riding...
More comfy...fine. I like my honda for that reason and the R6 over the gixxer....
Heavier, well my bike is pretty fricken heavy as is...not like yours but heavy enough....It feels fine to me and I honestly feel like I can throw it around just as good as any bike, which I think is the same feel on the RR....a little more heavier, but when you ride it the mass centralization is in all the right places as it handles superbly....
Less extreme...have you seen the bike Im on....
Bikes I wouldnt ride cause they are too butt ugly for me...
kawi ZX7R
gixxer pre-newer body style..(600s>01, 750>00')
and Im just not feeling that 1000RR, I dont like how they are covering the front wheel with that lower and mid fairing....its just so gosh darn ugly.....my opinion....dont get all huffy big guy....I like all the other hondas...dont worry...even your sissy bike ;)
and...why do you think that I put the 954 up there....its cuz I'd take that over the RR....so Im down with the honda;)
and I dont think that anyone is voting for that bike except for me

I gotta go with the Ducati. There's just something about V-twins I just can't turn down. I would have voted for the RC51 but with all of the problems I've been having with mine I just couldn't get my finger to push the button. Twins to me just feel a lot more tame than the in line four liters.

I take pleasure (that sounds funny!) from riding any bike, almost any bike. I feel like I can adjust to a certain bikes characteristics and have fun on that particular bike, whether it be a F4i, RC51, or GSXR750. Yeah, I am love Hondas, but in the end it is the bike that just makes me feel good, whether or not it fits my aesthetic needs.

And you don't think a Ducati would have more problems than a RC-51!
For a V-twin, I would have to go for the 2004 Aprilia Mille Factory R! After following Mike Solis a couple sessions at the track, that bike started to grow on me. For a liter bike, hands down either the silver/blue 2004 R1 or the factory blue one!

The only problems I have had with my RC are with the aftermarket parts I installed. i.e. the QRacing Rearsets, broken bracket for my Satos, and one is me, not changing the spark plugs at the scheduled interval. The Sato bracket was a known design flaw and Dan Kyle sent me 2 brand new brackets and a new can.
If I really, really could, I would take the Duc999 with all the goodies.

Yeah it does! I think Aprilia sampled all the manufactures of the similar classes-RC-51 front, Ducati Tank, MV tail. All in all, the Factory R is one bad ass set up!

That is a tough call... I doubt I could fully exploit a liter inline so I'm going to have go a twin. For that I'll choose the Aprilia. It looks damn good, and I bet it rides even better. The last generation was great so I doubt they could mess it too much. Where can I get 15 grand from? How much sperm does that translate too?
