At Mother's. Was pretty cold at the top. From the bottom, the upper half of the mountain was shrouded in mist...

I actually have not been to Palomar since June, I think. That was with GPTECHMASTEREXTRAORDINAIRE. Even then, my knees hurt so bad it was agony. Today, they felt about 90%, and hopefully will be completely better in the next month or so.

Haven't washed my poor bike since the beginning of the year. Haven't changed the oil since last December, :(. Time to change all that. Maintenance day anyone?

HAHAH.. you need maintenance... me too Al.. Well I hope that your knees feels much better.

LOL, yep. I think I remember some dude jumping on my back as I was squatting one trackday, long ago...

Really though, it is encouraging to feel my knees actually get better, it has been a tough year riding wise because of the pain when bending my leg. Just looking for some normality.

That's what I'm saying! I am actually scheduled to work that day, but hopefully I can trade with someone. How you been los? Been awhile since we kicked it!

Thank you for the kind words. I have Mondays and Wednesdays off, so I will be riding Palomar those days, sometimes heading out to Potrero. You are welcome to join me, and I will take it easy to make sure you have a safe ride.

It is nice, and regrettably I am guilty of not taking better advantage of it, but I have my reasons.

Whatup homie. Sorry I haven't got at you in a while. Wedding, moving is no excuse but it's the best I have. I'm really glad you feel better. The last time I went out with you your knees were KILLING you. I'd still like to get out there with you sometime again.
