Hey I'm new to the site and motorcycling in general but I can't wait to get a bike. Thinking about an SV650s. That was my first ride and fell in love(in the cleanest way possible).

Welcome to the site! Yes, I'll have to agree that the SVS is a smokin' hot bike, not that I'm biased or anything. ;)

Welcome, and good luck with the SV that's a good choice for your first bike. Your screen name brought back memories of watching Will "the thrill" Clark, old skool Giants slugger.

the only thing i'll say is that the new 650s is really tall, so if you're a girl with short legs you may have trouble holding it at a stop. luckily not a whole lot of faring to catch the wind, though.
