Me and BOO1919 (Ronnie) take that. I actually just bought 3 jugs of Isopure and 2 jugs of Muscle Milk. Muscle Milk is probably one of the best tasting proteins out there. Some people are scared of the fact that it has more listed fat than the other proteins, but those fats are good fats. The EFAs that our body needs. So yeah, go for it, it is a great product and can supplement any quality nutrition plan.

I take my workout regimen seriously. And all that information can be found on numerous websites, so it is just a matter of copy/paste, but you know that already. With any product I purchase, I always try to do some research on it and read reviews. Believe it or not, there are alot more resources online for fitness/working out/supplements than motorcycles, so it is easy. Took less than one minute to find the ingredients and post it here...

You can really get it at any health store, but the price REALLY varies. Thirty bucks is a fair price for the muscle milk, although I have seen it for as much as fifty. I have tried only cookie n creme flavoring and it isnt bad at all, prbly better when you mix it with milk. Got mine over at Costa Verde Shopping Complex [Genesee and La Jolla Village Dr, across the street from UTC], when I get a chance I will stop by there and ask em how much it costs exactly.
Edit: I have been on the stuff for close to a month. Its worked pretty well for me to build strength, however I am a pretty small guy with a small frame [5 ft 5 1/2 on a good day :)]

I buy most of my supplements over at Nutri-Sport. And there is one at Costa Verde Shopping Center next to the Starbucks, that is the one I used to go to when I lived in La Jolla.
The main Nutri-Sport location is on Balboa Ave, next to the 24 Hour Fitness. They cost about $23, after the 10% discount for being a member at a gym.

Like Allan said, I use MuscleMilk. I think its a great product and it also is alot better tasting than other products on the market. If you go online and type in MuscleMilk you can get it for less than 20.00. here's some websites.

So this Muscle Milk has more protein peptides than Designer Protein Whey?
deathblow

MM has 32 grams per scoop, I think Designer Whey has like 18 per scoop, of course you can always use 2 scoops, which is what I do. I have not used Designer Protein in a long time, although it is an excellent protein source also. I actually take Isopure morning and at night before bed, 2 scoops of that provide 50 grams of quality protein. I use the Muscle Milk before and after my workouts.

Finished my Designer Whey last week. I wonder if Vitamin World carries MM. Every first Mon and Tues of each month, they have a 25% off everything in the store sale if you are a member(free to sign up). I could get it at Nutri-Sport or order it online like what Ronnie said!
BTW, muscle milk does seem to work... after being on it for a month [with workout] a friend noticed yesterday that I actually have biceps... then she laughed at me [when you guys actually see how small I am, you will understand]

I still have this stupid respiratory infection. I'm having a hard time breathing now so I haven't been to the gym lately, it got worse after our Saturday night party. Hopefully it will go away soon.

Just a small correction, side of muscle milk container says 32 grams per SERVING. A serving is two scoops. Still worth it tho...
