Favorite Ride/Central Cali:
Rode the San Luis Obispo Ride a couple of weeks ago and it was Sick. We took HWY58 through some tight 10mph turns. Through roll'n hills that if you were going fast enough, your front end will come up if you don't go air borne, all the way to San Margarita where we hit 229. That's freshly paved, single lane road that can be as tight as Palomar at times. that road links to HWY46 where there are Huge Sweepers that you can take at 100+ and have your bike leaned almost to the ground. Then you turn off on to old HWY41 that has some very nice S-turns that go on and on. Yes....I fell in love with it. That was just 1 of the many combos you can do out here. After moving from San Diego, i was scared there was gonna be nothing to ride. Thank goodness i was wrong. San Diego is my "One Love" though, be back soon for some more twisties.
Oh yeah, The Sierra Nevada's...A whole nother story.
