Dear Mods,
What is the deal with the lag? I understand that the site is hosted on a shared server but why are you staying with this pile of crap? My friend is a hostmaster and he sent an email to you guys when the /index page asked for help.
With all the new modifications, it seems to be such a waste because no one can see it during the day. I'm surprised that I am able to type this right now because usually I can't even connect. I see Hypercycles eventually losing its members because no one cares to sit and press 'refresh/reload' 15 times to see if there are any new posts. I find myself visiting less and less. Maybe others are more "faithful" but this is the age of internet speed and this pace is too slow.
Is there something being done about this situation?
Thanks for all you've done so far.

Hey, I must agree. That chat room about drove me nuts. TOOO SLOOOOOOOW. Isn't there something that can be done about the lag?
We're in the process of looking for (YET) another host. Unfortunately, this host far over stated it's capabilities and we basically got shafted.
I have to apologize to all our members who have stuck with us during this time. We are working as quickly as possible to get our server response up.

Jae! Thanks for the reply! At least something is being done. By the way, how much webspace does hypercycles need? I'm just curious, maybe my friend can hook it up.

Jae, i'll shoot you off an email. I own a hosting company, perhaps we can work something out. We have locations here in San Diego :)
