Alright, not so much a card as it is a piece of paper. I keep it on me at all times (inside pocket of my 'stich or leathers). There is a version on my motorcycle as well (in a ziploc with the manual). I have recently updated it to include more information. This is an FYI to everyone that I have it and where it is located, and a recommendation for you to keep something similar close to your body. Also, in the unlikely event ;) , it is easier to hand this one sheet to a LEO than whipping out all of this seperately (but keep the originals handy if they need them).
List of items on my sheet:
- driver license (photocopy)
- registration (photocopy)
- insurance (photocopy)
- list of allergies
- blood type
- name and phone number of who to contact in case of emergency
- medical insurance information (company, id#, phone number)
- AAA membership information
- calling card information

If you find a towing service that is nice enough, you can actually combine miles. This worked out well when my friend crashed in Santa Margarita. Combining our miles, we got from Santa Margarita to Santa Barbara.

Check this out everyone. I recommend it and it's "FREE". It's an emergency info card that small in size and sticks to your helmet, incase you lose your wallet or something during an accident. Hope this helps. ;)

That's pretty good. How long did it take to get a tow truck to where you were at?

Actually, the tow place was just a few miles away. It took them a while to show up because their only flat bed was out somewhere.

Figures...San Margarita seems to be a really small town. They do have this country store that makes kick azz sandwiches.
