Not that anyone on this forum would pay this much... but the Kushitani store on Lincoln is selling leathers for around $1k (MSRP: $1400+). I dropped by during lunch today and talked to Ryan, one of the employees. The store is the only direct to consumer Kushitani store in California (possibly America?), and opened up about 3 months ago. Their stock is decent (the store is tiny). He gave me a couple 15% off non-sale/discounted purchase coupons if anyone wants them.
Can Buy-Moto become one of their affiliates? ;)

you know what Im totally not impressed with their suits. I dont know what the fuss is all about? Ive seen the armor and too me it seems piss poor. Id go with a dainese or alpinestar any day over that overpriced crud....

The suits do look pretty bad (they screen print patterns on the suit) but they’re best known for manufacturing/material quality. The suits hold up extremely well in crashes where as other suits may have stitching failures during a slide. Being a Japanese company I would like to think they take great pride in the product they put out. Some of you may have a different opinion but this is what I’ve heard.
