Sean, since you can understand Japanese, can you tell me where I can get that RX-7 body for my HPI Nitro RS4! :ninja:

Is it me, or does it look like they are using PVC pipes as tires?

I don't think so, it looks more like thick rubber bands.

teflon tires because anything rubber grips too hard and wont allow a slow drift.

hobby people have rx7 bodies

i love drifting, i used to do it with foam tires though or mixing different front rear compounds, but im going to have to try some teflon wheels.

Actually Dre, you're right, it is PVC piping that they cut to fit the rim and a 15 turn electric motor. Your right Casey, checked HPI's website and they make the 190mm RX-7 body. I don't think it'll drift that easily on my gas powered machines! :(

Weeeeeaaak!

Give me a Vette or a Turbo Supra and I'll show them how it's done. ;)

This guy Hiro that I used to Auto-X with had a Twin-Turbo Supra...he didn't go out to race...he just drifted constantly...it was quite a sight!

That actually looks like it still takes some skill. When I clicked on this thread I was thinking it would be somebody drifing a RC51 or maybe a 45 or a 30...... That would be sweeeet.

So who is da man when it comes to fixing RC gas cars? I have a HPI Nitro Rush that has been sitting in the closet cause I keep stripping gears. The guys at Crazy Kevins or whatever it is told me I need a new frame. :|

Damn that makes me want to go get my RC car. I haven't played with it in a while. It needs a new motor, but I just can't get my self to spend the money on one. Well better yet I really don't have the money to spend on one. :errf:
