Just got a house up there and looking for two roomates. Rent woudl be 650 for the larger room 625 for the smaller and those two rooms share one bathroom. You can use the highspeed wireless for free but we would all split the utilities. Its located really close to mira costa college ( near olive and college blvd). Its a 2 story 4 bedroom 2.5 bath place. I will also have my dog around (outside) but hes totally friendly. Would be cool if i could get some people who ride so i figure id post here. Im totally laid back and would think id be an ideal land lord since im not some old strict bastard!!! drop me a line and tell me bout urself
