This is just to test the waters, but I'm curious to know how many of you go about looking for motocycles related news on a daily basis? And if Hypercycles offered up-to-date news feeds from various other sites, would you feel inclined to read them?

If you do, I may add a feature in the home page to list news items from the internet. Of course, this would require volunteers to post news bits to keep the site 'fresh'.

Please give some feedback about this idea and whether it is worth pursuing. Thanks.

Jae

I agree. I check other sites for race, rider, team, merchandise, bike, etc....for information and reviews.

Yeah, that would be great. I usually check the MotoGP news a few times a day.

What about a PHP script that feeds news from MotoGP.com, AMA and whoever else?

I've never written a scrape script, but I'll see what I can put together. The two sites I frequent are the AMA's racing site, and MotoGP.com.
