Hey guys,
I was just wondering what good books you have read lately. I just got done reading Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code, actually read it 3 times. I also just read the Farseer Trilogy by Robin Hobb. Both great authors with fast reading styles.
Anyways, any recommendations on good reads?

Servant of the Bones by Anne Rice is pretty wild. That's if you're into books like that.

I'd recommend anything by Ayn Rand, Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged are really good. Or Hemingway's For Whom the Bell Tolls is also really good.

I'm not much of a reader but Black Hawk Down by Mark Bowden was/still is my favorite book. The Last Run bu Leonard B. Scott was pretty good too. Just don't expect any literary talent on the level of Hemingway or Dan Brown.

I really enjoy Ann Rice books as well, reading her new one that's mixes the Vampire Cronicles and the Mayfair Witches now.

Whoa! I just started reading The Fountainhead. I'm about half-way through it. Great book! ...kinda slows down a bit in the middle (where I am right now).

I just read On A Pale Horse by Piers Anthony. It really didn't do too much for me, but maybe I have to read the rest of the series. I was expecting alot more since he got so much critical acclaim.

I really enjoy Piers Anthony too, the Xanth series and the Incarnations of Immortality.

But for the literary talent? I hear Playboy has better articles. Or at least that's what everyone who subscribes to it tells me.

It's all about the Dark Tower series from Stephen King. It is a series of 7 books long (only 5 have been written) and I absolutely love the books. I own all 5 if you want to borrow them. I read them all during winter break a month or so ago.
