Is the MSF course/lot ever open for people to just ride around in???

I know the Kerney Mesa one is always locked up...we had to wait for an instructor to let us in.

why not your local DMV? The MSF course is set up by cones from what I remember.

dood... i do donuts in east/regents parking at ucsd at nights/ weekends... theres never anyone there :) tell me if ur going lol i wanna go too!!

my msf was at palomar college, the cones won't be there, but if there was one there recently, sometimes the chalk marks are still there tho.
