My friend just got a 04...

A friend of mine has a CBR1krr and a CBR6krr (for his g/f). However, his g/f doesn't want the 600rr, and she told him to sell it. He's been wanting to get a v-twin, and he looked into the RC-51.
However, I told him the RC is a good bike but old technology. Another friend of mine has a 05 RC, and he looked at it, and he agreed with me. Well, yesturday I called Wilson's Fresno Ducati to ask for a 04 OTD price they wanted like 16.5k plust fee. I got them down to $14.5 plus fee, which ended up @ $15995.98 OTD with 3 yrs free maintenance

So, I had to put my bike back together to go ridding I know I've said before I would never buy another Ducati, but after seeing his, I want one :rolleyes: .

Furthermore, all our other friends who hate Ducati were hating on both of us. They couldn't believe that my friend got the 999. They thought I bought it, and I let him ride it

Dealers should have some pretty killer deals on 04 by now. I got a good deal on mine last November. It's even better when they swap it at with an 05. I love the 05 999 with the red frame. Congrats to your friend. And I know about the hatin all too well. Eso es la vida.

Yeah, I'm taking pics of his 600rr tomorrow morning and putting them online. He's trying to sell it and at least get about $7500.00 for it since its about what he owes on it.

Its a 2004 CBR600RR, 2909 Miles, Jarding T-One C/F Slipon, Double bubble dark smoked screen, frame sliders, license plate relocator, short stalk clear turn signals.
