Just thought I'd share my reincarnation with dirt. I'm gonna have to make more room for another bike! Either a Yamaha YZ250F or a YFZ450!! :beam:

Base camp! There's so much "dunes" to roam around in. The number of weekend warriors, lifted trucks, quads, RV's is just plain madness!!! Now I know why so many people flock here to ride! :thumbsup:

DUDE GET THE 450! I am about the sell the Raptor and get the 450, that thing is insanely FUN and fast holy shiet. :bowdown:

ARNOLD who did you go with? i have a paddle tire that might go on for a dunes ride after a fork rebuild...

if you want to do a lot of dunes get the big bike, otherwise they are both awesome. i've ridden both quite a bit, you gotta decide how many ponies you want versus how light a bike...

Hey Arnold, a guy I work with is trying to get rid of all his desert isht (got murdered on taxes)...including his YFZ450 with all kinds of mods...basically still brand new. He's also selling his trailer. Let me know if you're interested. He'll probably cut you a good a5s deal.

Billy, I went there solo to meet up with my old co workers from Carlsbad. They go out to the dunes every other weekend and man, I had a blast. Sand paddles are a must out there! :guitar: Wasn't busy at all and the sand was so smooth b/c the winds kicked up late Fri night!
