Hell ya, me and a couple of my buddies use to go to TJ in the middle of the night just to eat tacos.. Back in the late 90's it was 5 tacos for $1, then 4 for a $1, and now I believe it is 3 for $1... This might have change again since the last time was last year...

Still 3 for $1 last time I went last year. But we had to walk over the "bridge" to get that price. The ones right at the border were 2 for $1! What a rip off!!!

Tacos in Mexico are as authentic as it gets. That was my 1st time and arnold hell yeahh it tastes better, what you didn't know? Now you know man....Have to go back to take pics of all the Grafitti Art on the walls ova there too!........

Arnold...go to El Gordo in National City or Chula Vista. They may them pretty authentic over there. Make sure to ask for the Al Pastor con todo. They're just not as cheap, but dayam they're delicious. I can eat 10 of them easily. Maybe I should call myself el gordo, si?

Tacos El Gordo is alright...but way over priced. The Pastor is the same as Adobada, basically the red pork...DEElicious! When I eat at Tacos El Gordo it cost me like 10 bucks by myself! In Mexicali 5 of us grubbed for 22 dollars total! Nothing beats the real thing! Not a fcking game! :bowdown:

i have family down there... the other half of me lives down in that area... El Centro, Calexico, Mexicali. an overnighter IS POSSIBLE :thumbsup: . i can find a place there to sleep eat n shizzle. hit me up and we can arrange something in the future. :cheers:
